All dental treatments are performed by third-party clinics, with whom you will enter into a direct agreement and consent.

3. Booking Process

You may request information, quotes, or bookings via our Website, email, WhatsApp, or other communication channels.

• Upon your request, we will match you with suitable clinics and assist in organizing dental treatment, travel, accommodation, and tourism packages.
• Final treatment plans, costs, and consent forms are provided by the clinic. You are responsible for reviewing and signing all medical documents directly with the clinic.

4. Liability Disclaimer

Dental Havens is not responsible for the quality, outcome, or results of any dental or medical treatment provided by third-party clinics.

• We do not provide medical advice. All information on our Website is for informational purposes only.
• Any complaints, disputes, or issues regarding treatment must be addressed directly with the clinic or provider.
• We are not liable for any loss, injury, or damages arising from your use of our services or the services of third-party providers.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations must be communicated to us as soon as possible.

• Refunds for travel, accommodation, or treatment deposits are subject to the terms of the respective third-party providers (clinics, hotels, airlines, etc.).
• Dental Havens does not guarantee refunds for services not rendered by third parties.

6. Affiliate Program Terms

Affiliates may join our program to refer clients using unique promo codes.

• Commissions range from €25 to €70 per successful referral, paid after the referred client completes their treatment.
• Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws and our program guidelines.
• We reserve the right to modify or terminate the affiliate program at any time, with reasonable notice.
• Fraudulent or unethical referrals will result in removal from the program and forfeiture of commissions.
