Welcome to DentalHavens! By accessing our website and using our services, you agree to the following terms:
- All bookings require a service fee of €200.
- This fee will confirm your reservation at the clinic.
- Changes to bookings must be made at least 3 days before the scheduled appointment.
- We are not responsible for any travel disruptions beyond our control.
- All personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Additional Terms & Conditions
- Booking and Payment: A €200 deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit is 50% refundable if cancellation is made at least 3 days before the appointment. The remaining balance should be paid after the treatment is completed.
- Cancellation and Refund Policy: Cancellations made at least 3 days before the appointment are eligible for a 50% refund of the deposit (€100). Cancellations within less than 3 days are non-refundable.
- Treatment Modifications & Refunds: If a procedure is deemed unsuitable after examination, alternative treatments will be suggested. Declining alternatives may result in a partial refund, excluding consultation fees. Once treatment has started, refunds are not available.
- Rescheduling: Patients may reschedule up to 3 days before the original date without extra charges. Late rescheduling may incur a €50 fee.
- Liability Disclaimer: DentalHavens is not responsible for complications arising due to failure to follow post-treatment care instructions. Travel expenses or missed appointments are not covered.
- Patient Conduct & Eligibility: Patients must provide accurate medical history. Failure to disclose conditions may result in refusal of treatment. Disruptive behavior may lead to termination of the appointment without refund.
- Insurance & Legal Compliance: DentalHavens does not directly handle insurance claims. Disputes will be resolved under local jurisdiction laws.
